Originally from Toronto, Canada, Dr. Lynne Kushnirenko graduated with her Bachelors of Science from the University of Toronto in 2001, with a major in Neuroscience and Biological Sciences. After graduation, Dr. Lynne was accepted into the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) where she endured four intense years of Chiropractic education.

Dr. Lynne competed for over 20 years in the sport of baton twirling/rhythmic gymnastics at National and World levels. Through her dedicated involvement in the sport, Dr. Lynne was led into the chiropractic field. However, her involvement in the gymnastic industry also led her into the world of auto racing. Dr. Lynne relocated to Mooresville, North Carolina in January 2007.

For over a decade Dr. Lynne has called Advanced Spinal Fitness her home. She works with a variety of patients, including professional racecar drivers, race team crew members, and many involved in the sport. Although Dr. Lynne enjoys caring for the racing community and athletes of all dimensions, she also enjoys caring for the whole family in her practice including pregnant mothers-to-be, infants, and geriatrics.

Dr. Lynne practices a diversified chiropractic technique which utilizes a hands-on approach to detecting body malpositions and dysfunctions. After a thorough history with the patient, orthopedic tests, x-rays if needed, and analysis, a treatment plan will be designed with the patient to take into account the patients short term and long term goals.

Along with chiropractic adjustments to the spine or extremities, Dr. Lynne also uses soft tissue techniques such as Graston, which utilizes stainless steel instruments to break-up muscle adhesions /scar tissue, Interferential Current machines (IFC muscle stimulation), and Low Intensity Laser Therapy for soft tissue repair. Dr. Lynne also has all of these tools available for out of office use when needed.

In 2015, Dr. Lynne completed the rigorous  requirements necessary to obtain the postgraduate designation of Certified Chiropractic Sport Physician (CCSP) from the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, becoming one of over 5500 chiropractors internationally who are specially trained and certified in the prevention and treatment of athletic injuries.   As an athlete herself, she understands the demand for an athlete to perform at their best at all times and their intense dedication to their sport. Dr. Lynne works with her athlete patients to achieve their optimum health and maximize their physical performance ability.
