Dr. Nicole Whitehead
Dr. Nicole Whitehead
began to distinguish
herself early in her career,
graduating Summa Cum
Laude from Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute and
continuing on to be
Valedictorian of her
graduating class from Life
Chiropractic College West
in 2002.
Upon completing her
education and internship,
she built a busy practice,
caring for acute injuries
and problems when
needed, but focusing on
helping patients to achieve
wellness and optimum
performance.
Through her husband's
involvement in racing, Dr.
Whitehead has become
part of the race
community - where her
performance enhancing
services have quickly
become a sought after
commodity by drivers and

Although she enjoys
caring for athletes and the
whole family, pediatric to
geriatric, Dr. Whitehead
also has special
certification in the
Webster Technique for
care of pregnant women
and has a C.A.C.C.P,
which is Certification from
the Academy Council on
Chiropractic Pediatrics.
She is the only
chiropractor within 250
miles of our office to hold
this advanced
certification, and one of
only seven in the entire
state of North Carolina.
She works with midwives,
doulas and childbirth
educators in the
community to keep moms
and kids healthy.
Dr. Whitehead also
speaks frequently in the
community and is a
member of the
nationwide Holistic
Pediatric Association.

Dr. Lynne Kushnirenko - Arriving in Early ‘09
Dr. Lynne Kushnirenko, from Toronto,
Ontario, Canada. She competed for over 20
years in the sport of baton twirling/rhythmic
gymnastics at the Canadian National level
with numerous individual and team titles,
Dr. Lynne Kushnirenko, from Toronto,

years in the sport of baton twirling/rhythmic
gymnastics at the Canadian National level
with numerous individual and team titles,
several achievements at the World Championships and
retired from the sport in 2006. It was through Dr. Lynne’s
great involvement in her sport that led her down the road to
become a chiropractor.
Upon graduation in 2005, she was welcomed into the
practice where she was once a patient. After a few short
months, Dr. Lynne found herself in the position to take over
the thriving practice in Toronto, and call it her own.
Dr. Lynne and her husband have since relocated to
Mooresville, NC to pursue their lives and careers together.
Although Dr. Lynne enjoys caring for the racing community

Arleicha Russell, Front Office Manager
Arleicha Russell is the first person you will meet
at Advanced Spinal Fitness. As the front office
manager, Arleicha will see to it that your
experience in our office is friendly, easy and

Marketing from the University of Michigan Dearborn. She
has worked in chiropractic health care since 1998. Arleicha
was inspired to help others through chiropractic when she
experienced amazing resolution of her own family’s health
problems. Both her eldest son’s asthma and her own
migraines all but disappeared with chiropractic
adjustments. Impressed and inspired, she went to work for
a chiropractic office and hasn’t looked back! She has
worked with Dr. Whitehead for four years and made the big
move from Michigan to North Carolina to be a part of ASF.
