Dr. Nicole Whitehead
Dr. Whitehead began to
distinguish herself early in
her career, graduating
Summa Cum Laude from
Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute and continuing on
to be Valedictorian of her
graduating class from Life
Chiropractic College West
in 2002.
Upon completing her
education and internship,
she built a busy practice,
caring for acute injuries
and problems when
needed, but focusing on
helping patients to achieve
wellness and optimum
performance.
Through her husband's
involvement in racing, Dr.
Whitehead has become -

quickly become a sought
after commodity by drivers

whole family, pediatric to

Webster Technique for
care of pregnant women
and has a C.A.C.C.P,
which is Certification from
the Academy Council on
Chiropractic Pediatrics.
She is one of fewer than
ten chiropractors in the
entire state of North
Carolina to hold the
C.A.C.C.P. certification.
She works with midwives,
doulas and childbirth
educators in the
community to keep moms
and kids healthy.
Dr. Whitehead also
speaks frequently in the
community and is a
member of the
nationwide Holistic
Pediatric Association.
When she is not working,
Dr. Whitehead enjoys
reading, traveling, and of
course, watching NASCAR.

Dr. Lynne Kushnirenko
Dr. Lynne Kushnirenko, from
Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
She competed for over 20
years in the sport of baton
twirling/rhythmic gymnastics
at the Canadian National level
with numerous individual and
team titles, several
achievements at the World
Championships and retired
from the sport in 2006.

These achievements eventually led her down the road to
become a chiropractor.
Upon graduation in 2005, she was welcomed into the
practice where she was once a patient. After a few short
months, Dr. Lynne found herself in the position to take over
the thriving practice in Toronto, and call it her own.
Dr. Lynne and her husband have since relocated to
Mooresville, NC to pursue their lives and careers together.

Chris Alsip, Front Office Manager
Chris and her husband moved to
Statesville from Massachusetts in April
2008. She loves the weather and the
friendliness of the residents. Chris says,
"I believe in the effectiveness of chiropractic

Kathy is the “people-person."
A graduate of Cal State University - Hayward in the field of
Human Development, Kathy has worked in health care
and human services for most of her life. Excited by the
restorative and optimizing nature of chiropractic, she
thoroughly enjoys helping groups to access the excellent
care provided at ASF. In addition, she makes it her
business to help educate the public about spinal health
and the power of precision chiropractic care.
Kathy believes in working hard and playing hard. She is a
life-long motorsport fan and finds that the time she
spends with Advanced Spinal Fitness at the race track
always feels much more like play than work! When she is
truly not working, Kathy loves fishing, flying, and riding
roller coasters.
